There a plenty of public transportations in Switzerland. You need to verify the validity of the timetable at the date you need it, it's sometimes not so easy to understand buses timetables (summer schedule, winter schedule, Saturday and Sunday etc.). When no bus available, see the taxi menu.

Consultation of schedules

Sanetsch	Sion by train (line of Simplon), then bus (line 135.23), until Sanetsch Pass or Sanetsch Dam or Gsteig by train (MOB) or bus (line 120.15), then cable railway until Sanestch Dam.	Accommodation at Auberge du barrage du Sanetsch or at Hôtel du Sanetsch. Start hike to Gelten hut (6 h) or to Audannes hut (6 h or 5 h from pass).
Tseuzier (Rawyl Dam)	Sion by train (line of Simplon), then bus(line 135.37).	Accommodation at Tseuzier (Restaurant du Lac) or at l'Etape de Lourantse (20 min. by foot). Start for Audannes hut (4 h.), Wildstrubel hut (4h10), Iffigenalp 5 h. or Wildhorn hut (4h30).
Les Rousses (on road to Tseuzier)	Sion by train (line of Simplon), then bus(line 135.37).	Start hike to Audannes hut (2h30).
Anzère, Pas de Maimbré.	Sion by train (line of Simplon), then Anzère by bus (line ....) and then Pas de Maimbré with cable car.	Accommodation in Anzère : Hôtels Start hike to Audannes hut (2h30) or to Sanetsch via Audannes Pass (6h).
Lauenen	Gstaad by train(MOB), Lauenen by bus (line 120.20)	Accommodation in Lauenen (Hôtels). Start hike to Gelten hut (2h30) or to Wildhorn hut (3h30).
Iffigenalp	Zweisimmen, Lenk im Simmental by train(MOB), then Iffigenalp by bus (private line)	Accommodation in Iffigenalp. Start hike to Audannes hut (6 h) or to Wildhorn hut (2h50) or to Wildstrubel hut (4 h).
Lenk cablecar Betelberg - Leiterli.	Zweisimmen, Lenk im Simmental by train(MOB), and then cablecar until Betelberg - Leiterli.	Accommodation in Berghaus Leiterli. Start hike for Wildhorn hut (3h) or for Iffigenalp (5h)
