The hut is situated at 2500m. All around you can see Hérémence rock, Sex Rouge, Mont Pucel, Wildhorn and Six des Eaux Froides. It's the smallest hut of Wildhorn tour, so think well in advance about the reservation. Avoid Saturday nights if you can. The Wildhorn summit is easily done from cabane des Audannes. Look at the routes. At cabane des Audannes, we have drinking fountain all summer, which is not so usual. But we also have a good cellar and you can test our best wines of the Canton of Valais!
