News around Wildhorn 31.10.2011 The huts are not kept or are closed for the winter season. The hut keepers get some rest and then start their second jobs. And for you, it is time to prepare your trekking for next year. Best season for Tour du Wildhorn is from 15th of July until 15th of October. Generally there is still snow at beggining of summer, so col des Audannes is a little delicate if you are not alpinist with adequate high mountain equipment. Good winter and see you next year!
